Alice Reiter Feld has earned a reputation as one of Florida's most devoted advocates for seniors and their families.
Ms. Reiter Feld has been in private practice for over 30 years. During that time, she's proven to be a determined fighter for the rights of senior citizens and family members regarding elder care options and the importance of engaging an elder law attorney to plan and execute a personalized strategy. Her primary areas of practice under the "Elder Law Umbrella" include long-term care needs, asset protection, estate planning, probate, Veteran's Benefits, and Medicaid planning and assistance.
Part of her commitment to her client's families has gone beyond the realm of legal issues. Based on the countless people she has met and helped over a 35-year career, she believes each client has a legacy beyond money to leave to their children and grandchildren. She works with them to uncover those values and helps each client's family find the most effective way to communicate those values, hopes, and dreams to their heirs.
Alice Reiter Feld is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claims. She's a Board Certified Elder Law Specialist by The American Bar Association and National Elder Law Foundation, and she's "AV" rated (the highest rating) by Martindale Hubbell.
